Beetles and Roses: The Gist.

According to Brother Aiman Azlan in Beetles and Roses forum that day, in Al Quran, marriage is implicitly portrayed as a ‘sign’ where it will point us to HIM.

Ar-rum; 21. What did ALLAH say?

And among His signs is this that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may dwell in tranquillity with them, and He has put love and mercy between your hearts: Verily in that are signs for those who reflect.
(Quran 30:21)

Ohh indeed,
Men and Women are created for each other for the sake of love.
Because of LOVE.

 *Refer to ‘Talking About Love’.

So, there were five highlights about this so-called-related-issue-to-the-topic-of-love during the forum. I’ll just summarize them all. These are the gist I could come out with;-

1-         How to manage a friendship between male and female?

There were two guidelines given. First, always check the intention and second, always listen to your heart. Be careful on how mind justifies things. Iman in heart will somehow tell you.

2-         What to do if we cautiously fall in love?

‘Our relationship with ALLAH is actually a LOVE STORY.’ (Tariq Ramadhan, 2012)  So how do we do with the fact? Follow what have been taught by Him in surah An-Nur, which are to LOWER our GAZE, ‘generate’ modesty, and wear HIJAB properly! <3 nbsp="nbsp" o:p="o:p">

Faith will start from love. And what kind of love is that? Love for truth.. :)

3-         Is dating HALAL?

Yes, it absolutely IS! ONLY IF you have married. If you do not, what’s the use anyway? You must first remember, “to have a TRUE love, you must attach it with something that doesn’t have up and down – ALLAH!”

So, if you can’t barely stand to fall apart from each other; want to call every single hour, want to meet anytime available, and so on, it is an ADDICTION, not a love!

4-         The best: Love BEFORE marriage or love AFTER marriage?

The thing is, you must first understand your own LOVE to know what love really is. Ponder on this line: ‘Who loves you will never touch you before marriage’. This is due to the fact that he/she loves you very much that he won’t destroy your dignity.

This means that love, desire and passion are NOT a guarantee for a successful marriage. So here is an advice; find a compatible partner – in the way of thinking.

5-         Marriage at young age. What would you say about that?

It is not about AGE, but MATURITY- financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Islam is not merely about avoiding haram and making things halal.

So, you need to think BEYOND FIQH. Look beyond yourself. Marriage is an investment for us to go for JANNAH.

6-         How to be an ideal muslim/ muslimah to our future spouse?

There are useful tips (insya Allah); you must know how to regulate your emotion because success in love depends on how you can regulate your feelings. How you love contributes to what you are going to get LOVE you need.

Love and respect yourself first. How? First, by SOLAH. Second, by obeying Allah’s rules. Fix and ask our heart. Insya Allah, with such purification, we’ll get the answer. Get rid of attachment.

Enough with such lame introduction. Ahha. Sorry.

“Apparently, love may be blind but marriage is the real eye-opener. Getting married: It’s a different game. There should be different rules, different expectations and different way of looking at it, for the couple.”

*Yeah, that’s what I was thinking about, and will develop later. If Allah wills.

Reminder and Remedy

Qoute for the soul;

"Get up and be happy again, dear."

S.e.l.f-V.a.l.u.a.t.i.o.n

The sun was beating down on a hot Wednesday afternoon when I was rushing to 802B after class. Wanted to go home as soon as possible! Having fever and it dawned on me slowly the ingratitude I have been disclaiming. ;(

Now, as I sit in the quite of this room (at home), strip me off such ‘ugly adornments’, I can engage with humility. Alhamdulillah, after quite some times, He blesses me with this ‘reminder’. For me to see the light, clothing myself once again transparently, seeing clearly with a soul that desires and strives to be pure inside.

Syafakillah, Putri Zuleika Fereizya. Get well soon!

Remember,

By Allah!

Final Destination.

It was a pitch-black night.
I sat patiently, waiting at the Terminal of Life.

I wait for Allah. My soul waits, and in His words I hope..

"Ting-Tong"

"Next station; Third Phase of Ramadhan. Train will be arriving at the Platform of The Release from An-Nar. You have passed Rahmah station and now are in Maghfirah. Please be in the line of God’s Law.”

And we were racing each other to get into our Dream coaches.
A few had failed. They fell off. Fortunately, I managed to get through. Yes, that was it. ‘Narrow escape’, I named it. Thank you, My Rabb.

"Ting-tong"

The door was closing.

"Allah, hopefully I have chosen the right direction."

"May I ask, where is this wagon heading to?"

"Jannah."

"In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Praise be to God, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the world;
Most Gracious, Most Merciful;
Master of the Day of Judgment.
Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek.
Show us the straight way,
The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray."
(The Noble Quran, 1:1-7)

And it all begins again..

Puteriku.

Puteriku,
menjelang kakimu menjejak ambang dewasa,
pintallah benang–benang keimanan,
untuk pakaian seharianmu,
anyamlah tikar-tikar ketakwaan,
untuk sujud di depan Khalikmu,
jalinlah permaidani kebenaran,
untuk alas gerak-gerimu,
ukirlah hiasan kejujuran,
untuk pameran di ruang hatimu.

Lukislah arca keikhlasan,
untuk huluran pemberianmu,
bentanglah sejadah kepasrahan,
untuk segala urusan Tuhanmu,
jangan kau lupa sebutlah nama Rabb-mu,
dalam setiap tarikan nafasmu,
agar engkau selamat,
tidak diperkosa dan dianiya,
oleh kaum durjana, kaum jin, kaum iblis yang serakah,
dan tidak diperdaya situasi masa,
yang memang sudah gila tak kenal usia.

Puteriku,
lindungilah tabir kesucianmu,
dengan sifat malu dan dengan benteng imamat,
yang berwujud pesona cahaya,
yang terpancar pada surah An-Nur,
ayat tiga puluh sampai tiga puluh tiga.

Kelak, jika tiba masanya nanti,

Akhirnya, jadilah engkau seorang ibu sejati,
sepanjang hayat selagi dikandung badan,

Cita Al-Haqirah. Bi Iznillah. ;)

Talking About LOVE

“Ramadhan, Madrasah Tarbiyyah. Aku kini melangkah penuh syukur ke dalamnya.
Maka, aku pohon agar dikurniakan rezeki bernama ISTIQAMAH, bakal memapah perlangkahan ini.
Selagi Dia belum memanggil.”

Alhamdulillah. That was my first FB status updated for this fasting month.

ALLAH. I’m so grateful of being one of the chosen ones to step into Madrasah of Ramadhan for 2012 session. And, I’m very delighted because at last, I have time to write something here. (Actually there are numbers of drafts left unpublished. Hehe. *what a so-called busy woman Eika is)

------------------------

By the name of ALLAH~
I am so determined to share what has been locked inside for all this while - How we should really love and spread the spirit of LOVE’s love.

I know you know, when we love someone, it is undeniable that we will always be talking about him. We will easily know what type of shirt that she/he wears, (oh , let me use 'he' instead of 'he/she'. Make it general), how he looks today, how was his result, how is this, how is that, why, what and so many things are lingering in our mind.

I mean, not us. Our friends out there, maybe?

Haha. ‘He’ can be anyone. It would not just refer only to Buaya-Friend, Geli-Friend, Balaks, Aweks or whatever we name it, but also includes our best friend(s), our sister, mother or anyone. Yes, ANYONE.

The main point: If we love someone, or fond of someone, we will definitely feel enthusiastic about him.

And that's how Allah portrays the LOVE. The love that most has misunderstood. A love that is so abstract.

If we really love Allah, we cannot stop saying His name, dreaming of meeting Him, seeing Him everywhere we go, waiting to call Him every time we have and we are willing to do everything.

Yes, everything. Because of this LOVE.

Oh snap!

Seriously, even if we had made mistakes, we would feel the day is so lame and slow. We want to apologize straight away without seeking His refugees.

But, things become upside down when we betray Him.
We forget Him, we just call Him five times a day (as if we really pay full concentration), but the fact is we are dreaming of someone else and just remembering Him in the time of hard and tide.
Na’uzubillah.

Indeed, Allah never takes us to the Court and takes back all 'allowances' of living, divorces us from our happiness, kicks us out from our home, and the biggest thing, He never kills our lover just because of Jealousy. He never does nor did.

"Yeah Rite. He is a God. Why should Him?"

Shhhh! We're just saying things to make it right. We're just making the wrongs as true.

I should say.. YES, HE IS A GOD.

But if He is really our God, why do we never intend to seek and change, to be better servant too?
And if He is really the Creator, why do we deny the fact that all our hands, feet, comfortable house, clothes, eyes, ears and ALL the things that we cannot even make it, are gifts from Him?
So why do we treat Him, like we are having no God in life?

Instead, we make everything as on our own rule.
We care least, of what's right or wrong in life.
We feel nothing if people didn’t obey Him.

Ohh are we really that ‘WE’? Or the devil had worn our Prada and walked in us, in every step?

Let's find our way home, accordingly.
Let's be the real person as one who has faith of having Allah in his life.

Feel it. Try to feel the fact that Allah is so near.
We are the one, who disappear. And walk away, further.

Aren't thing is backward, if we're not reverting?

And bear in mind.
Allah is Everything to Have without us,
But who are we, without He-who-Has-Everything?

Stop and ponder.

p/s: I intended to share my personal outcomes from ‘Beetles and Roses’ forum held on 17th July. But Ramadhan comes first as priority. So I feel that it’ll be so much lovely if I take this opportunity to spread the love of ALLAH – who has blessed us with Ramadhan. Insya Allah, if Allah permits, you’ll be reading love sayings from ‘Beetles and Roses’ – in my version, anyway.

Wallahu a'alam. This all is nothing but His works. Let the love of Allah spread. Ramadhan Kareem~ (say ‘ALLAHU Akram!’) ^^
